Job Description

 

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Training, overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Achieve his assigned sales target
  • Maintain and strengthen links with key Accounts customers.
  • Advise upon customer’s inventories, ensuring no out of stocks and no returns.
  • Analyze and build the business of each account.
  • Spend time with Authorized Agents own Sales force in the field providing support and motivation.
  • Report on competitor activities.
  • Optimize Sales and develop the business.

 

Job Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in supervisory level in FMCG industry Key Account Preferably F.M.C.G Industry.
     
  • Experience in Alex region.
     
  • Bachelor degree holder.
     
  • Alex Region Resident.
     
  • Very good English language and MS Office skills.
