Job Description
- Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Protect and secure data storage and other necessary means
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on it
- Responsible for troubleshooting any problems in the most efficient way possible
- Network management, software development and database administration.
- Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems.
- Provides support for fingerprint machines and attendance systems
- Handle from simple to complicated inquiries for all branches around Egypt
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong Network operation experience.
- Able to work under pressure
- Multiple tasking
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
