Job Description

  • Periodically audit all files for inclusions and missing documents.
  • Coordinate all multiple-site correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
  • Maintain the documents and drawings, correspondence, reports, drawings, sketches, instructions, and minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents in the Document.
  • Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Facilitate timely provision of requested documentation
  • Maintaining the documentation cycle & workflow.
  • Generates project progress charts and cost reports.
  • Handles cost engineering functions involving the budget preparation, cost control, forecasting and cost reporting.
  • Interprets contract and handles financial risk and current cost control database.
  • Monitors, evaluates and updates project cost data on budget amounts.
  • Reconciles and coordinates project cost data with client status reports.
  • Supports forecast of time and cost problems by offering trending information.
  • Supports past period cost performance report and fiscal budget annually.
  • Assists in Program Manager’s budgeting process with Area-wise unit cost data.
  • Uses updated unit cost data to support Service Planning and Estimating.
  • Manages Project Management database.
  • Handles resource planning, milestone coordination and schedule tasks.
  • Contacts and supports Project Controls and Scheduling individuals in role execution.
  • Maintains appropriate corporate estimating records.
  • Develops and updates cost and resource loaded construction schedules.

 

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • Data organization skills
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Excellent in Excel and Word is a must.
  • Good command of both read and write English.
