Job Description

  • Worked closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions
  • Identifying requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
  • Meet with customers to understand their current technical environment and future technology requirements
  • Develop and establish strong relationships with strategic clients.
  • Providing product updates and technical advice to clients
  • Explaining technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
  • Presenting the company solutions/products to clients
  • Show cased drivers and values that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.
  • Worked with the sales team to develop selling strategy within the target accounts – Created and delivered effective presentations and sales tools for the sales team.
  • Work with sales team to provide pre/post-sales support – Worked with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals
  • Lead technical tasks (field trials & product demonstrations), including written proposals (RFPs), and complex network designs
  • Assist in tracking of product deliverables and communicating issues to regional teams

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Detailed understanding of voice and carrier Network deployments and architectures
  • Previous experience with hands-on implementation for voice and unified communication
  • Previous experience with hands-on implementation for carrier solutions like MSANs, GPON will be preferred
  • Previous experience with hands-on implementation for Public address, siren systems, and other physical security staff like IP camera and access control
  • Hands-on systems level understanding and an ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize, execute & follow-up within a timely manner
  • Professionalism in attitude, conduct, and appearance
  • Ability to work within a high-performance team
  • Flexible, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Customer facing experience and working Sales, Project Management, System Engineering and System Technologist
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and support an overall sales strategy
  • Expert technical expertise and desire to learn new technologies with 3-7 years’ experience
  • Needs to have demonstrated lead in management of on-going activities such as RFP activity, trials and product acceptance
  • Excellent organizational skills due to dynamic nature of activities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
