Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support all TA specialists by timely sending offer letters with the correct details to all shortlisted candidates for all  functions across all markets.  
  • Closely coordinate with the selected candidates to ensure that the candidates provide the required hiring  documents prior to the confirmed date of joining.  
  • Lead end-to-end processes for enrolling all Capiter People for medical and social insurance as per company policy.  
  • Prepare employment contracts for all Capiter People and ensure that they get the contract on their first day of  joining.  
  • Ensure all colleagues’ documents/files are complete and properly stored in the locker. 
  • Regularly update the master database of active colleagues; delete ex-colleagues immediately after their last  working day at Capiter.  
  • Regularly update everything on Darwinbox (Capiter’s HRMS).  
  • Share the list of new colleagues with the payroll team on a weekly basis.  
  • Closely coordinate with Facilities team to ensure technology, colleague ID, welcome kit, workstation (if required),  email address, Slack access, and other hiring formalities are completed prior to the new joinee’s first day of  joining. 
  • Lead & manage end-to-end onboarding for all new joiners; welcome them on their first day and give a detailed  company overview, explain company policies, values, and leadership behaviors. Responsible for proactively  planning & arranging weekly functional orientation meetings ahead of time with all Capiter functional heads/leads. 
  • Facilitate new joiners to open payroll/salary bank accounts if required.  
  • Prepare service letters, experience certificates, salary slips, visa letters or any other HR letter required by any  colleague.  
  • Prepare all People Announcements including but not limited to Public Holidays & Obituaries. 
  •  Provide administrative support for any other People activities. 

Job Requirements

  • Required Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant HR/People experience (at least 1 year in a similar role) 
  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR)
