Job Description
Come join an exciting and fun real estate investment team where we work hard but also play hard. We’re looking for part time outbound lead generators who can work from Monday-Saturday. Possible Morning and Afternoon shifts Time commitment will be around 20 hours a week (more hours available if you'd like). Our business thrives because of our team and culture so we’re looking for those who are self motivated and have a genuine interest to want to help others. - Talk to potential home sellers on the phone for several hours a day by making outbound calls and loosely following a script. Not a sales position.
- Engage in low key, no pressure conversations.
- Manage CRM system to keep track and exhaust efforts to stay in contact with potential clients.
- Obtain information about client, learn relevant information related to their homes.
- Search public information and prepare details to be presented to company team members.
Job Requirements
- This is a position for someone who thrives on following checklists and procedures and likes to take ownership of their role.
- Need to be coach able, comfortable with asking questions, identify challenges and can effectively communicate needs and concerns.
- We have a comprehensive training program – and we’ll ensure you have been thoroughly trained. We expect you to work without close supervision.
