Job Description
Public Relations & Communications
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns and communications plans.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Write, edit, and distribute compelling press releases and company statements.
- Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect brand reputation.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR effectiveness, reporting on key metrics.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage the comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar for all channels (blog, website, social media, email).
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, website copy, case studies, and social media content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to maximize organic reach and traffic.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and external materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- From 6 to 10 years of experience in Public Relations, Content Marketing, or a similar communications role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial background.
- Proven success in media relations with an established track record of securing press placements.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content performance analytics.
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
