Job Description
- Handle all customers segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager job requirements.
- Having an updated knowing about market including new projects and prices and payment plans.
- Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in a CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements
- 1 Male + 1 Female are needed.
- Bachelor's degree a MUST
- Experience 3 + years in Real Estate / Commercial is (Preferred).
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & presentations skills
- Ability to follow up with the clients.
- A car owner is (Preferred).
