Job Description
- Implement integrations requested by the team and customers
- Maintain all development tools and cloud environment (development, staging and live)
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Develop automated software to integrate with internal front and back-end systems (CICD)
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Job Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes is a must
- Experience with cloud technologies and cloud architecture
- Experience with Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CICD)
- Proficient in problem solving and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with databases including MySQL, Mongo & Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
- Experience establishing, implementing, and delivering using Agile practices.
