Job Description
- Management of Private label Stores.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the online transaction system.
- Updating the online store
- Manage relationships with drop ship vendors through online support, order entry and order fulfillment to order preferred processing
- Follow-up on customer requests with shipping companies until the requests reach the customers
- Create product information packages for vendors including product descriptions, images and pricing. Ensured all information copy, product and non-product was updated and accurate
- Analyzes work processes with the objective of driving efficiency, service levels and cost reduction
- Establish direct relationship with e-commerce retailers to feature company's products on their platforms
