Job Description
- Checking and negotiation F.F for best rates
- Responsible for following and updating the status of all shipments.
- Handle the communication between forwarders, Suppliers& Clearance agency.
- Preparing all set of documents for clearance agency.
- Review all freight forwarders invoices.
- Prepare reports for the management.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification – BSC/Diploma holder relevant to marine studies and supply chain
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Multi-task and excellent time management
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Meticulous, resourceful, and motivated
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Availability for travel
- Experience in Import field.
- Excellent using MS office.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in Logistics.
