For this position, we are looking for an HR Manager with a passion for developing people with the objective of building a team that will be committed to the company’s growth, promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience in the tourism and hospitality sector.
  • You have proven working experience as an HR Manager or another HR Executive role.
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills
  • You have high ethical values
  • You have a deep understanding and enjoy cultural diversity
  • You have experience working with multicultural environments
  • You are people-oriented and results-driven
  • You are approachable and have strong listening skills
  • You are able to implement HR strategies and initiatives as per business needs
  • You have the ability to identify and develop a training plan
  • You have a passion for helping and developing people
  • You are comfortable working closely with several teams creating engagement
  • You will be expected to work hard and smart delivering excellent results having fun along the way
  • You are fully committed to motivating the team toward achieving their career goals, both internally and beyond
  • You must be willing to spend several hours doing casework to exhibit your skills during the hiring process
  • You have knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • You must be eager and willing to adapt and learn new technology

Not required, but a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience working in the travel industry
