Job Description
- Design and lead building native applications for iOS platform.
- Ensure that tasks are being done with a high quality (design patterns, coding standards, test coverage, type of bugs, etc.).
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work on an Agile team
- Participate in technical design meetings with other developers and assist in the definition of the integration with backend.
- Perform unit testing for developed tasks.
- Guide, mentor and assign tasks to juniors.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- 5+ years of iOS development.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
- Solid understanding of TDD technique.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Proficient in iOS app development with Swift.
- Experience in development using reactive programming (RxSwift).
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (such as Instruments, depending on project needs).
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile architectures (VIPER, MVVM, MVP, MVC).
- Understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelines.
