Job Description
- Maintaining a report and building a strong bond between the customer and the company, by reflecting the company's values and meeting the customer needs.
- Managing CRM crises plans .
- Make Collection calls for overdue installments for collection and report calls productivity on a weekly basis.
- Submit noncollectable accounts for the manager.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone & meetings.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Report in a timely manner overdue installments collection status Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the customer service department.
