Job Description
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting.
- Meeting agreed on targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in the market.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team.
- Controlling the training and development of your staff.
- Works closely with Customer Service /Product team/ Supply chain Team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Send to suppliers asking for quotation and Study tenders or inquiries and search for suppliers, Study the received quotations technically and ignore noncompliant one.
- Prepare technical and financial offer and send to the client.
Job Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in the lab equipment and medical devices
- Team Leader skills
- Negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills
