Job Description

  • Implementing the social media marketing strategy initiatives  
  • Coordinates all the media contact and ensure that the company consistently gets social coverage
  • Develops and implements social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness in collaboration with the brand managers  
  • Monitors social media progress using web analytic tools
  • Reviews the success of campaigns and develops ways for improvement
  • Plans paid social media advertising strategies and budgets
  • Researches new media platforms, trends & business opportunities
  • Provides feedback from social media trends and research.
  • Defines & follows up on the most important social media KPIs.
  • Cooperates with the content creators, copywriters & designers to ensure that the content is informative & appealing
  • Responsible for the success of the social media campaign
  • Analyzes data, and researches the best ways to increase traffic
  • Oversees day-to-day management of campaigns & ads bedding to ensure brand consistency
  • Reviews and approves content on a daily basis.
  • Creates and manages a quarterly calendar.
  • Synchronizes between offline & online brand activities
  • Manages social media budget.
  • Tracks and measures performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Manages communication with digital agencies.
  • Collecting feedback through social media listening tools to watch for PR emergencies, identifies important/relevant discussions, answers questions, etc.
  • Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
  • Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years of experience
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills ( MS Office & internet browsing).
  • Languages: Arabic - English ( Very good written & spoken)
  • Ideal experience: - Marketing course or diploma
  • A digital marketing course or diploma is a must.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical company
