Job Description

  • Provide executive and administrative support to Chairman.
  • Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Write letters for the Chairman and CEO.
  • Make price comparing and budget.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external parties.
  • Organize and present information timely and accurately.
  • Organize the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings.
  • Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Handling personal needs of the Chairman.
  • It is also requested from the PA to work for a wealthy family or individual,     instead of for a corporation. If this is the case, the work of the PA may also cover home or personal life maintenance tasks, such as ensuring MOTs are up to date or hiring cleaners.
  • Facilities Management: Monitoring the implementation of the facility's cleaning and maintenance schedules to guarantee a safe and comfortable working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or any equivalent field
  • Perfect Microsoft Skills specially Excel & Power point presentations
  • Perfect fluent English writing & speaking
  • Very Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very presentable
  • Preferably owns a a car and lives in New Cairo
  • Flexible working hours
  • Max age 30 years
