Job Description

  • In charge of the Recruitment Process by (Create job descriptions, screening potential CVs, schedule & run interviews, create and deliver offer letters and compensation plans).
  • Manage Personnel Documents.
  • Perform Administrative Duties. 
  • process the monthly payroll.
  • Managing forms 1,2 & 6.
  • Dealing and coordination with the labor office and Insurance office.
  • Responsible for creating, adding and updating everything related to the employees on the system.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 2-4 years of experience in different Human Resources Functions human resources generalist.
  • HR certificate or diploma is a huge plus.
  • Good Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Excellent command of English spoken and written.
  • Excellent user of Ms. office " especially excel" and outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Giza residents are preferred.
