Job Description
- In charge of the Recruitment Process by (Create job descriptions, screening potential CVs, schedule & run interviews, create and deliver offer letters and compensation plans).
- Manage Personnel Documents.
- Perform Administrative Duties.
- process the monthly payroll.
- Managing forms 1,2 & 6.
- Dealing and coordination with the labor office and Insurance office.
- Responsible for creating, adding and updating everything related to the employees on the system.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 2-4 years of experience in different Human Resources Functions human resources generalist.
- HR certificate or diploma is a huge plus.
- Good Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Ms. office " especially excel" and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Giza residents are preferred.
