Job Description
- The Customer Service Team Lead promotes exceptional care internally and externally.
- This role will be waking up an ambassador to help support achieving our mission of disseminating spiritual wisdom and be of humble service to our customers.
- This role includes assisting customers by phone, email, and chat while ensuring the Customer Service (CS) team is fully supported.
- The CS Team Lead will assist the Customer Service Manager with various projects and leadership activities, and act as 2nd in command during normal business hours each day.
- This role will also manage specific projects as assigned to them to work on as time permits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- A high standard of professionalism with 2-5 years of previous customer service or call center experience.
- Team leadership or management in customer service is highly preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Male or Female.
- Excellent in using MS Office applications.
