Job Description

  • Manage, Plan and attend the periodical meeting for Board and members include prepare the schedule, agenda, locations, and minutes of meeting.
  • Execute and follow up the board discussions and archiving the MoM and the documents.
  • Manage the social media activities include the web site and prepare the promotion campaign on social media and web site.
  • Prepare the business reports and studies for the international donors by himself or by third party and follow up the progress with donors.
  • Contacts with international sustainable entities and manage and prepare international meeting.
  • Prepare the database for members and follow up the member’s financial payments and members demand and coordinate with Board to solve member’s problems.
  • Capable to deal with local and international banking and financial institute in coordination with board and welling to prepare the needed reports and documents.
  • Capable to organize events like exhibitions, press conferences, training, workshops…etc. individually or through external party after coordination with board

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in business developments entity preferable NGO
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must third language is preferable
  • Mastering the work through the computer include presentations skills
  • Master the work through the social media
  • Self believes in sustainability.
