Job Description
- A product specialist is responsible for managing accounts ( Hospitals, Doctors, Medical centers) by representing the mother company- Egyptian agent of European suppliers of high-end medical devices.
- The job entails managing all sales activities regarding the products in the Cairo/Giza region as well as representing the company, all relevant administrative activities (delivery of products sent from headquarter, follow up of stock at hospitals,...)
- Submit reports on CRM in a timely manner.
- Perform professional demonstrations/presentations of company products or services while on the customer’s site.
- Apply successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
- Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of ownership, working physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and status, and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
- Assist in following up on the accounts receivables for sales accounts responsible for.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations.
- Effective use of the company’s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals. • Effectively attending conferences and workshops.
- Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of ownership, working physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and status, and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact number.
- Assist in following up on the accounts receivables for sales accounts responsible for.

- Perform professional in-service training for customer’s end users on systems application.

Job Requirements
- Medical Background ( Graduate of Pharmacy/Veterinary/ Science /Biomedical)
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales
- Self-motivated
- Ability to travel
- Good planning for designed territory
- Good English Language MS Office
- High working ethics, Honest, Responsible, and reliable.
- Multitasking.
- Good presentation skillsGood Communication skills
- Presentable
- Basic knowledge with MS office package is preferable.
- Having the required sales & scientific skills
- Ready to work under high pressure to reach the goal
- Time and Territory management are important skills in this role.
- Very good command of the English Language.
