Job Description
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's projects and/or services.
- Leads a team of branding specialist, events planners and advertising specialists to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects/events.
- Supports marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, public and analyst relations, community management, and channels/verticals.
- Craft and maintains the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations.
- Goals include: driving awareness, driving event attendees, and influencing public opinion through PR and influencer relations. In addition to, continuously supporting and promoting the company brand, attracting site traffic and social followers, empowering sales with relevant content to send prospects, and fueling PR and influencer relations.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
