Job Description
- Job Mapping & Job Evaluation for current & new jobs
- Develop and review Salary Structure, Salary scheme & Grading System
- Design Bonus, Commission and Incentives Plans
- Design and implement annual merit Increasing plans
- Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation and benefits program within the group
- Responsible for the consolidation of the monthly HR Pack (HR KPIs analysis).
- Participate in preparing group HR budget.
- Evaluate offers from different benefits providers: Medical, life, pension, fringe benefits .. etc. & close deals with best provider & propose new benefits.
- Prepare job offers packages for positions filled from external hiring & internal posts (promotion, transfer and extra assignment)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- HR Diploma \ compensation work shops is preferred
- Strong Know how in using HR software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
