Job Description
In this job you'll be responsible for handling our online orders from the minute they arrive on our website till the orders are delivered to the customers. Some of the job responsibilities are:
- Sending out the orders to the shipping company.
- Making sure the warehousing team fulfilled the orders correctly and they were picked up by the shipping company.
- Following up on the orders with the shipping company and making sure they arrive on time.
- Following up with the warehousing team to make sure the stock level is accurate.
Job Requirements
This is a very critical job as we're a native e-commerce company. The applicant must be smart and aware of his/her surroundings to be able to follow up on everything. Must have an excellent knowledge in excel and fast learner when it comes to ERP's and softwares.
- Good English.
- Excellent in Excel.
- Excellent in learning new softwares and ERP's.
