Job Description
We are looking for a qualified sales manager to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales , and enhance the sales team achievements.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Achieving projected sales target
- Hire , train , coach & develop sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Handling demos & presentations.
- Prepare clear forecast about market
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience. ( preferred software engineer )
- Proven experience as sales mgr with success story
- Sales records at Gulf & KSA is preferred
- Previous exp at software industry
- Good knowledge of relevant business software programs (e.g. ERP, HR, …)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
