Job Description

We are looking for a qualified sales manager to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales , and enhance the sales team achievements.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Achieving projected sales target
  • Hire , train , coach & develop sales team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Handling demos & presentations.
  • Prepare clear forecast about market
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience. ( preferred software engineer )
  • Proven experience as sales mgr with success story
  • Sales records at Gulf & KSA is preferred
  • Previous exp at software industry
  • Good knowledge of relevant business software programs (e.g. ERP, HR, …)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
