Job Description

  • Handle all the registration process of new applicants for the Preschool
  • Receive and guide prospective clients through the application and admission process
  • Administer the application through the Preschool’s system starting from taking calls for tours and assessments, setting appointments for parental interviews, registration and fees paid up to set the starting date for the child
  • Responsible for mobile application updates, notifications and giving access codes to new students.
  • Set up and monitor all incoming students’ files and document them.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Answer all inquiries and questions by customers related to NG Preschool admission and registration policy and system.
  • Stay abreast of academic policies and regulations to provide current reliable information to parents and new applicants.
  • Act as the primary interface between the parents of enrolled children and NG Preschool, handling complaints and assuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and report to the Preschool Director all issues, complaints and suggestions expressed by the parents
  • Handle all the support and administrative functions
  • Keep track of payments made to the Preschool and contact late parents.
  • Supervise and organize the transportation service and keep an accurate bus log.
  • Maintain all admission reports, forms and software updated all the time (age list, registered children, emergency contacts, attendance forms,…)
  • Keep an organized filing system and inventory of all forms and printed materials.
  • Organize and follow-up mobile log.
  • Arrange and organize trips according to the yearly agreed-upon plan.
  • Achieve maximum utilization in classes and busses
  • Monitor children attendance and keep an accurate and updated age list.
  • Responsible for creating and keeping schedules updated.
  • Keep a clear and accurate log for Preschool employees’ annual balance and early dismissals.
