Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with in-depth knowledge of the textile industry and proficiency in using the Odoo system. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide insights to optimize financial performance, supporting the company’s strategic goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Odoo Expertise: Implement, manage, and optimize the Odoo ERP system for financial processes and reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cost Accounting: Manage cost accounting processes specific to the textile industry, including material, labor, and overhead cost analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, VAT, and other statutory financial obligations.
- Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and control.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, KPIs, and analyses to senior management.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
- Experience:5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with the Odoo ERP system is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Soft Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
