Job Description
- Ensures that all duties and procedures are carried out according to the set standards.
- Ensures that all aspects of the operation achieve and maintain manages the Operations in a way that achieves high standards of service guest’s satisfaction.
- Supports in menu planning and the research and development of new trends in food and beverage items, and to work closely with the Production department on products development.
- RResponsible for Conjunction with the HR team in recruiting, selecting, inducting and the training and development of all new staff within the brand.
- Responsible for Producing Operating and Management reports to help running the business and keep Senior Management informed.
- Assures that all staff understand and support all the Café’s Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for ensuring that there is an effective procedure to handle guest and customer complaints.
- Builds a strong and cohesive management team capable of expanding and enhancing the prominence of the brand on the Egyptian market. In the longer term, seek ways to extend the development of the Brand.
- Responsible for Training, managing and developing Management and supervise subordinate members of staff in a manner which ensures their performance meets the required standards.
Job Requirements
- Education : BSc of Business Administration or relative area.
- Experience : 12-15 years hands-on experience in Operations Management , Food & Beverages , FMCG , Retail , Cafes & Restaurants Management.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
