Job Description
- Monitor all operations that affect the quality.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
- Review current standards, policies and quality objectives.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical results of this reports and relevant documentation.
- Assure from executive of internal audit on different operations.
- Communicate with external quality assurance auditors during on-site inspections.
- Implementation of inspection records for raw materials and production supplies with quality control monitors, production officials and warehouses and follow-up of sample inspection results.
- Follow-up on the implementation of non-conformity corrective actions (NCR) with quality control monitors in different processes and find out the root cause of the non-conformity situation.
- Inventory of non-conformities on production lines and other operations.
- Implementation of the Material Review Report (MRB) for non-conformities.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Labour University (Quality Department).
- Prefer experience 3 years in quality assurance in cook wares manufacturing.
- Good for use MS office.
- The ability to deal with workers and technicians on production lines.
- The ability to develop solutions to problems and make decisions.
