Job Description
- Following up the drivers daily work and solve any issues could obstruct the daily operations.
- Dispatch the trucks and Follow up the loading and dis-loading of the shipped goods from/to the destinations.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports of the shipments including the mileage, weights, and any shortage in case.
- Following up the trucks and trailers maintenance.
- Trucks monitoring by GPS.
- Coordinate with HR department regarding drivers recruitment.
- Supervise all the trucks equipment and safety tools.
- Review the fuel consumption by daily base and adjust the drivers target.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities.
- A proven track record of handling a variety of supervisory tasks.
- At least two years of experience in the same field
- Excellent in Microsoft Office programs
- Very high skills of dealing with drivers
- Bachelor degree
