Job Description
- Create a variety of high-quality exterior and interior architectural 3D models & renderings.
- Rapidly construct accurate high quality, realistic 3D renderings
- Work independently and with the project team in creating representations of design sketches or developed projects.
- Realize Architectural Designs
- Bring architectural concepts to life by creating exceptional photorealistic renderings using architectural and photography software programs.
- Create 3D massing models from architectural plans in 3ds Max. Applying textures to the models and providing appropriate lighting techniques.
- Create 2D drawings (Architectural drawings).
- We are offering 9k+ as an average salary depending on the experience of the candidate.
- Work Location: Cairo - 6th of October/Masr El Gdeeda/Work from home. (Will depend on the makeup of the team)
- We are also seeking to hire 5 Senior Interior Designers
- Position Description
- The Senior Interior Designer is a highly experienced interior designer responsible for managing multiple projects ranging from small to large-sized projects of basic to complex scope with minimal supervision including full architectural solutions in coordination with the dynamic design team.
- This Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity while monitoring project performance within contract hours, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities Include
- • Taking responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the principal designer for the key project stage.
- • Preparing, and developing with the team where required, drawings, models, images material mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.
- • Co-ordinating the internal design team for the project.
- • Research resources to obtain project information fabrics, furniture, architectural elements.
- • Being up to date with the company’s new services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience using 3D Max and AutoCAD
- 6+ years of experience
- AutoCAD and Photoshop skills are a must, 3Ds Max knowledge is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Work as a contributing team member and mentor.
- Strong communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate notes, messages, etc
- Exceptionally high standards with meticulous attention to detail
