Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provides superior administrative support to the CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Updates and maintains the CEO’s calendar.
  • Handles all travel arrangements internally and externally.
  • Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Plans office layout develops and controls office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
  • Conducts extensive internet search and performs general clerical duties.
  • Coordinates and arranges different company events.
  • Update company profile regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Alexandria resident
  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
