Job Description
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Maintaining system functionality by testing hardware components
Job Requirements
- Good experience in computers, workstations and printers management and maintenance.
- Bachelors in computer science or relevant degree.
- Full knowledge in all technical support applications which is help for business processing.
- 2 to 6 years experience in hardware maintenance
- Excellent English
