Job Description
- Design the projects and develop ideas and choose the best design for the client.
- Prepare complete set of technical drawings, layout of designs and other documents related to the design.
- Prepare Models, graphic representations and 3D renderings.
- Follow up & Communication with different project disciplines.
- Revise and Evaluate all completed design packages and ensure their compatibility.
- Compile the design with all safety rules and regulations.
- Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings.
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
- Learning new concepts quickly and accepting new challenges.
- Work with the Project Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development.
- Ability to assist with the management of junior assistant architects on the team.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Good experience in visualization and presentation soft wares (3D max, Photoshop, sketch up, ...).
- Creativity and imagination.
- An eye for design, including color and good 3D awareness.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communications skills.
- Great ability to work in team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others.
- Willing to learn.
