- Assist Marketing Manager in following up marketing operations and make sure the process works smoothly
- Ensure deadlines of the tasks are met
- Handle daily financial documents such as purchase orders, expenses claims, etc.
- Attend marketing relevant meetings and take minutes of meeting
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, such as Operation, Finance, Administration
- Assist Content Marketing Specialists in publishing content through our digital platforms if needed
- Contact external parties such as Print Houses regarding deliverable and follow checklists
