Job Description
- Review, enhance & develop 3D designs for new projects.
- Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects using 3D Max.
- Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
- Creating 3D walkthroughs and fly-through in artistic fields.
- Apply textures, Select materials and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
- Develop product information packages including drawing specifications.
- Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients & managers.
- Maintains effective communication with project team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience from 3-5 Years in similar field with a solid work portfolio
- Expert in 3D Max, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Vray / 3Ds max, Sketchup, Lumion, Corona & Revit
- Photoshop background
- V. Good English language
- Strong conceptual, 3D modeling, graphic and design skills
- Strong modeling and visualizing skills (skilled in lighting, planning & to establish the desired style)
- Strong modeling skills: experienced in understanding and working with architectural plans, reading and working with CAD drawing files.
- Knows how to work with corona in 3D Max
