Job Description
- As a Sales & Leasing Manager, you will be expected to create and carry out a sales plan for the company’s commercial properties (mainly retail, clinics, and dining/cafes) utilizing a variety of methods such as telephone calls, personal visits, email, and social media.
- You will also be expected to be able to research relevant topics such as current competition, create a sales pitch, and document your process and results.
- Beverly Hills Development is a vertically integrated owner, developer, and operator of commercial real estate. The company has several projects within Egypt itself and in Africa.
- The Sales & Leasing Manager will be working in line mainly with two commercial projects, both located in Shorouk City.
Job Requirements
- Target-oriented, preferably with experience in the retail leasing field
- Creative, up-to-date with current trends in sales and marketing, and professional in the workplace
- Fluent in English & Arabic, with excellent business writing skills
