Legacy Coaching Institute is a market leader in the Coaching Industry in Middle East, We provide Coach Training Programs advancing the coaching industry through accrediting professional coaches.
We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage our accounting operations.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, payroll and budgets.
- Following up with clients to ensure installments submission on time.
- Building and managing invoicing and billing system.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Process payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Working with sales department to track clients’ statements.
- Auditing financial documents and procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- BS in Accounting and Finance
- Ability to manage many files at a time
- Ability to work under stress
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Required
- Bilingual (Arabic, English)
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

- Saturday to Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
