Job Description

  • Preparing and follow Purchase Orders.
  • Schedule Purchases and Arrivals
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Review and Place Purchase Orders
  • Ensure timely delivery as per the company buying plan.
  • Ensure safe, correct and formal invoices for all POs.
  • Prepare to follow up Report for Orders and report them on monthly basis.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of speaking and writing of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and Internet navigation.
  • ERP user is preferred.
  • Being open to learning
