Job Description
- Preparing and follow Purchase Orders.
- Schedule Purchases and Arrivals
- Maintain Inventory
- Review and Place Purchase Orders
- Ensure timely delivery as per the company buying plan.
- Ensure safe, correct and formal invoices for all POs.
- Prepare to follow up Report for Orders and report them on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of speaking and writing of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and Internet navigation.
- ERP user is preferred.
- Being open to learning
