Job Description
- Provide daily technical support to users (80+) and devices troubleshooting/maintenance including (Desktops, laptops, Mobile devices, printers and other IT devices).
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Clean up computers.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Manage and maintain internet lines and subscription payment.
- Install, manage and configure Sophos firewall
- Install, manage and configure Microsoft file server
- Install, manage and configure backup solutions (system center data protection manager / Veam backup).
- Install, manage and configure Microsoft (Active Directory, users and computers, DNS, DHCP and GPO).
- Install, manage and configure Microsoft Exchange 2013 / 2016.
- Maintain servers and critical users UPSs.
- Update and maintain the company documentation.
Job Requirements
- One of the populations of El-Mahalla El Kubra.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Advanced knowledge of Windows (xp/7/8/10).
- Knowledge of wireless access points.
- Advanced knowledge of routers, switches and ADSL routers.
- Advanced knowledge of VPN (site-to-site).
- Knowledge of security camera CCTV.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2008).
- Advanced knowledge of (HyperV / VMware).
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 is a must
- knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016 is a must
- knowledge of Microsoft data protection manager 2012 is a must
- knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication is a must
- knowledge of Sophos xg firewall is a must
