- Administer the payroll calculations on monthly basis and Prepare reports for upper management
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations; revises affected Policy/procedure manuals
- Continuously assist and analyze payroll practice for compliance and improvements
- Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans
- Issuing monthly & annually reports to holding company.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Years. 3-6
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce, Human Resource Section is preferable or with HR background.
- Excellent command of English language & Microsoft office,
- Good Communication Skills & well organized.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Able to use payroll software.
