Job Description

  • Administer the payroll calculations on monthly basis and Prepare reports for upper management
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations; revises affected Policy/procedure manuals 
  • Continuously assist and analyze payroll practice for compliance and improvements
  • Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans
  • Issuing monthly & annually reports to holding company.

Job Requirements

  • Gender:  Male
  • Years.  3-6
  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce, Human Resource Section is preferable or with HR background.
  • Excellent command of English language & Microsoft office,
  • Good Communication Skills & well organized.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
  • Able to use payroll software.
