Job Description
- Support the overall management and coordination of the Program
- Liaise with Authorities, consultants and all related entities Support in development and follow up the program Construction / Procurement / investment plans and take the corrective needed actions with close collaboration with concerned entities.
- Developing the detailed engineering designs and tender documents and associated contract and procurement documents.
- Monitoring and follow up the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide the necessary mitigations and enhancement directions.
- Assist regional water and sanitation companies in the preparation of development and investment plans.
- Deal with all project stakeholders, with proven experience in external funded projects (preferred).
- Assist regional water and Sanitation Company in the Day-to-day implementation of the program.
- Liaise with regional water and sanitation company and client development unit to assure complete coordination for tender processes.
Job Requirements
Education: B.SC. of Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in the Sanitary and wastewater field, in which a minimum of 10 years in similar assignment.
- Good experience in planning, designing, evaluating, supervising and managing integrated infrastructure projects in addition to the experience in managing large multi-disciplinary teams and Egyptian regulations.
- Proven Experience with EPC is preferred.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English
