Job Description

  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies requirements such as stationery, office supplies, coffee break and all equipment is working and properly maintained,
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, contact technicians to repair any malfunctions, device, machine, or anything related to plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.
  • Follow up on drivers, office boys, etc.
  • Responsible for cars licensing and following up with licensing rep.
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary,
  • Book meeting rooms as required,
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages),
  • Arrange travel and accommodations,
  • Arrange in-house events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field,
  • Proven work experience in the admin field or similar role,
  • Males only can apply
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures,
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Ability to multitask,
  • Well-organized.
