Job Details
Handling the Network Civil Work Enhancement, Tower Strengthen Pool Implementation in order to enhance network performance.
Network Sites Strengthen Scope:
- Ensure that Subcontractor complete the Strengthen of network unsafe sites in order to avoid any crises (including but not limited to):-
1- Telecom Deployment expansion
2- Sites strengthen for FM
3- Sites strengthen for customer care complain
- Follow up the Strengthen progress with the subcontractor in order to raise up the safety index for all networks.
- Ensure to raise obstacles and chronicle issues to his direct manager
- Update related tools with progress (Synergy/NIM)
Civil Part:-
- Follow up the Civil Enhancement part with Subcontractor to ensure the fulfillment of the following scope:
1- Far End Sites Tower Enhancement for the new enterprise sites links
2- Old link sites structure enhancement to enhance network performance and avoid customer complains
3- Install new structures for new enterprise link sites
- Ensure to raise obstacles and chronicle issues to his direct manager
- Update related tools with progress (Synergy/NIM)
Periodical Reports:-
- Preparing periodic reports and results of monthly target
Job Requirements
Qualifications Essential
- University Degree in Civil.
Experience Essential
- Knowledge of construction standards with minimum 1 year experience in the GSM field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Spoken/Written)
- Good level of Microsoft Office Knowledge (especially PP and Excel)
Experience Desirable
- Very good communication skills and problem-solving
