Production Supervisor - Cairo

Responsible for overseeing our production operations, Ensure guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows for producing required quality product with the lowest cost at the right time, as per revised production plans (RPP).

• Position Responsibilities:
  Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
   
• Distribution of workload to operators in order to achieve daily production targets.
• Planning day-to-day production to achieve maximum production.
• Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM according to production schedules.
• Development of operator through multi-skill.
• Implementation of safety audits, 5'S, TPM, GMP.
• Supervising hourly production and Utilization of manpower accurately.
• Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
• Responsible for suggestions and Kaizen activities.
• Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
