Senior Graphic Designer

Job-specific Requirements: -

• Candidate ultimate aim is to standardize, arrange and collate existing company’s pre-qualification documents, corporate presentations and other project sheets to have them readily available for business development team to share with client
• Quality checks for all company standard templates to make sure they match existing branding standards.
• Check and amend documents (visually and written language with the assistance of a copywriter), including letters, offers, etc. prior to disseminating with clients. 
• Assist with all visuals and text (with the assistance of a copy writer) in existing digital platforms.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare company presentations and edit financial and technical proposals. 
• Develop illustrations, stationaries, business cards and logos.
• Collate project sheets, prequalification documents and other project documents in a standardized format.
• Work with copywriters and content creators to produce final design for the project sheets and the prequalification documents.
• Work with both text and images, select the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text.
• Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces for the company profile and brochure.
• Aligning with various departments to assure project sheets and prequalification documents are up to date. If not, the candidate is expected to collect data and populate existing templates.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and matching brandings standards.
