• Updating Database accordingly

Online Marketing

• Responsible for the Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Designing and creating social media content
• Creating captions and hashtags
• Posting them according to timeframe required
• Updating Feme’s Website content every season

Media Plan

• Introducing and innovating new marketing ideas
• Work efficiently to apply it.

Printing Materials

• Full responsibility for all Media Prints correspondence (Shopping Bags, Cards, Banners, Billboards, Covers)
• Updating seasonal lightboxes and other printing material for all stores
• Finding and dealing with different suppliers
• Negotiating the price offers & quotation.

Communications

• Working efficiently with Femex partners and Brands outside
• Applying the marketing activities according to their guidance
• Communicating with Malls management and supporting them with all required Material
• Follow up the shipping process for all marketing materials.
• Communicating with other departments (Preparing HR certificate, Presentations, Training)

Visual Merchandising

• Responsible for updating store's windows according to brands schedule.
• Order and production of Window displays.
• VM guidelines and Seasonal Videos

E- Commerce

• Participating in developing the e-commerce project with the agency
• Creating all content and data needed for the project.
• Getting the product shots for all the brands
• Working on packaging materials needed for this.
