Job Description
- Monitor and control all company movements of inventory.
- Prepare and analyze inventory transactions regularly every 15 days.
- Evaluate inventory reports and checking the accuracy of their balances.
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval.
- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures for inventory transactions.
- Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to the company’s procedures.
- Revision of production orders.
- Coordinate regular inventory audits.
- Create a monthly report of the products turnover rate
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience specially in cost accounting and inventory control
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like ODOO / Phenix software.
- Experience in a manufacturing warehouse or facility a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Males Preferred.
