Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides business analysis to clients and for a successful Integration of the product with a third party system
- Provides business analysis to clients for advanced features at the request of consultants and designs a solution for the customers based on the needs
- Works with the Client experts/implementation team to translate the business requirement into a solution
- Performs the analysis and design of a solution for 3rd party integration
- Works with the technical team to review the specifications and owns the delivery from an our standpoint
- Involved during the sprints to answer Questions from the technical team and gets an internal demo of the solution
- Demoes the solution to the customer
- Assists the Client to test the delivered solution
- Documents sessions, system configuration
- Will engage PM and CSM as needed for Client concerns on the functionality of the solution
- Performs Health Checks for existing clients to identify pain points and propose enhancement suggestions
- Reviews Product Roadmap with Product Team.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Super communication skills
- 2+ Years of experience in the same position & 4 years overall experience.
