Job Description
- Works with project team to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning
- Upload and configure e-learning content into the learning management system
- Integrates emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning
- A desire to contribute to a range of tasks and activities
- Will be required to take full ownership of content creating ensuring it fits with client requirements and style.
- Work with senior management to ensure completed projects, digital content and LMS/training systems meet users’ expectations
- Develop interactive content within Learning Management solutions (LMS), using e-learning authoring tools to develop e-learning courseware materials and deploying them to LMS
- Setup, customization, and administration of learning management system (MOODLE), and extending its functionalities as required
- Perform maintenance & manage cloud host to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (computer science or similar, highly preferred).
- Minimum (3) years’ experience
- Experience in digital transformations Technologies: Angular/JavaScript/jQuery/Typescript/ChartJS /SCSS /HTML5/PHP/MySQL database
- Experience to create responsive page and layout design. Experience in JavaScript & jQuery & Ajax & JSON
- Experience with user interface design and prototyping
- Good knowledge in front end web tools and frameworks
- Good experience in online learning management system
- An in-depth understanding of how to work effectively with third party development partners, establish and maintain efficient service desk processes, produce database and user experience design
- An in-depth understanding of hosting a platform in-house
- Ability to maintain a working knowledge of the evolving technical landscape in relation to organizational professional development needs and further education
- An in-depth understanding of the process of instructional design in adult education
- Excellent, organizational, IT and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience of HTML5/CSS3 editing A willingness to develop own skills and learn new software • Ability to work with others within a project-based environment
- Experience of working with eLearning authoring software such as Storyline, PowerPoint, Rise, H5P and other SCORM-based software
- An understanding of different audiences and techniques used such as quizzes, gamification to create interactive games and learning simulation.
- Working experience of Screen capturing or Video Content Management Systems (Camtasia, Articulate etc)
